As an accomplished practitioner in the commercial area, Michael advises clients on an array of matters relating to taxation and revenue and general commercial issues in industries including retail, energy, manufacturing and telecommunications.

 

Michael is experienced in establishing not-for-profit structures which can take advantage of the various tax concessionsAs a Chartered Tax Advisor, Michael is an appointee to the Victorian State Taxes Subcommittee of the Taxation Institute of Australia, the technical advisory committee in relation to Victorian taxes.
